Our Facebook ad goal was to connect with dog lovers who like (or love) the idea of the Barker Apartments — luxury apartments with a built-in dog rescue. It started off pretty promising, but in the end it is costing us a bit over $2 per email address. I tend to see that Facebook ads start strong and then at the end they blow through the $$ and the cost per thruplay and email capture shoots up.
